Termination Consequences

4.2 Billing & Cancellation

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' notice.
Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to your bill.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Strike Sense and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Any content obtained from the Service
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to us in the last six months, or $100 if you haven't made any payments.

8. Dispute Resolution

Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting our support team. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, we agree to resolve any claim through binding arbitration rather than in court.

8.1 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
